MKT,
I will do this with a lot of things. Cheeses (cheddar,
Colby, etc), cooked meats, sliced peppers, tomatoes,
etc. As good as most dehydrators.
Anything that is preserved, can usually be done in the 'fridge.
Of course, not very traditional.
My thoughts only . . .
