Re: [BackpackingLight] UltraLite PillowPad - any reviews / thoughts?

problem i have with something like this or the other camp pillows is they are just not firm enough for my tastes.  the standard seems to be just to use a stuff sack stuffed with extra clothes.  somewhat same problem.  there are some that have an inflatable bladder.  saw one made by conair? that didn't look too bad.   i made one last year from a childs inflatable water wing? from the dollar store.  piece of foam, fleece and stuff bag it comes in around 2oz.  pillow is probably 6" x 15".  stuff size 6"x 2"

I stumbled across this pillow ad the other day for the "UltraLite PillowPad" - it's an 18" x 14" air inflated pillow with some open cell foam on top to make it breath-able ... claimed weight is 3 oz.

I was wondering if anybody had tried one, and if so what you thought of it...

Thanks,
Jim
