I nag on this about once a year, But I don't think it is a good idea to put alcohol in a coke bottle. It might be mistaken by you or others for water or something drinkable.
I once stored some vodka in a Poland Spring bottle and forgot to re-mark it. My wife used some of it to brew a pot of drip coffee. Now that was quite the surprising cuppa joe!
