Here is a list of ones that also include ones you probably didn't think of, like nuclear and hydrogen. Hydrogen would be good if the volume could be reduced or managed.

Use the Lower Heating Values, some of these are not listed but the relation from the Higher Values holds mostly true. Esbit is listed as Hexamine.

In the final analysis, it comes down to the apparatus and how much weight to boil water- Check out the reviews for those results.
